Insurance
As a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) we are able to extend insurance coverage to participants in NMSSA-santioned activities, including tournaments, league play, and practice.
Offered as part of the USASA National Insurance Program Participant Accident Insurance(PAI) is intended to act as a secondary policy to a members primary insurance. If no primary insurance exists this then becomes their primary insurance for injuries sustained from NMSSA-sanctioned activities. Read the attached summary documents below for more details.
Filing a Claim
If you have been injured during an NMSSA-sanctioned event and must file an insurance claim first review the "Claim Instructions" documents attached below. Once you have completed the "PAI Claim Form" attached below please mail it directly to our office marked "ATTN: NMSSA Insurance Administrator". You will be contacted as soon as we receive it at the home phone number you have provided on the form.
